I am new to the world of swords and Hema. Very interested in the historical aspect of weaponry and fighting techniques. I studied history at the University of Ottawa and received a B.A in 1989. I have a keen interest in the Viking and ancient Greek fields of study. I have recently acquired a fully functional sword and was looking for some manuals or books of historic fighting styles and ended up at this website.
