Born 1963 in West Berlin, Germany; studied at the Freie Universität Berlin, Aberdeen University (Scotland), Georg-August-Universität Göttingen; M.A. from St. John's College Graduate Institute (Annapolis, MD), J.D. from University of Baltimore School of Law. Attorney, publisher, and writer.
