Pike Pullen's primary foci are the masters of early German Longswords Traditions, as well as the Bolognese Maestros; Manciolino, Marozzo, and Dall'Aggochie.
His current, and first, research focus is on the late Bolognese Maestro Alessandro Senese. Specifically, on the transcription and translation of his treatise, Il vero maneggio di spada. He hopes to eventually create practical applications of this masters work.
