I enjoy various forms of unarmoured fencing and wrestling. My work focuses mostly on Fiore dei Liberi, but I also dip my toes in XVIIth century self-defense (Paschen and Petter) and XVIth century bolognese sidesword. I taught workshops on these topics during events in France and Quebec.
