Template:Master begin

Template documentationThese templates are simplified from {{hidden begin}}, with all of the parameter for use on a Master page (except {{{title|}}} and {{{width|}}}) preset so they can be controlled globally.
Usage
The {{{width|}}} parameter should be equal to 28em for each full column and 20em for each narrow column.
