Sobre la Destreza de las Armas ("On the Skill at Arms", MS E.1939.65.398) is a Spanish fencing manual created by Louis Mendez de Carmona some time before 1640.[citation needed] The original currently rests in the R. L. Scott Collection of the Glasgow Museums in Glasgow, Scotland. This treatise was published in 1640, so the manuscript was likely some time before that.
