Philippe is a travelling instructor focusing his study on the liechtenaurian tradition, mainly on the late XVI century sources such as Mair and Meyer. Having taught in many international events in Europe, he couples his interpretations with a careful study of the context surrounding the historical practice: a book on martial arts practiced by bourgeois of the XVI century can not be read as a book for military instructions written during the XVIII.
