In hoc accessu mutuo, pede sinistrum hostis utrique interponito pedi atque eum iuxta collum mento supprimito. At si in librae habitum sese adaptarit, deorsumque se deflectet manum sinistram pedi hostis utrique inseras, iliis vero manu dextra circundatis, latus dextrum adprehendito, atque versum te adtrahas. Sin autem is te pari ratione fuerit complexus, retrorsum ilia ipsius brachio utroque circundato, et ad te comprimas hostem. Eo autem eandem contra te rationem usurpante, menti impulsu eum repellas, inferne vero sursum si levaris, supinus ruere cogetur.
