Ratio unde hostem sublatum tuis manibus, humum versus subtrahas non absq[ue] corp[or]is periculo.
Sic te in praedictam pugnam accomodes: intra hostis pedem utrunque tu laevum colloces, atque retrorsum ilia eius brachio utroque circundato, et si eum sublevaris, deorsum praecipites adversarium. Sin autem is te e contra simili modo adprehenderit, tum brachiis ambobus collum eius corripito, nec non caput ipsius humero tuo adiungito. Idem si adversarius molitur, genu dextro ipsius poplitem itidem dextrum impellas, et hac ratione sustinere se hostis non poterit, quin concidat.
