Well, this year I was challenged to try something different. Now, being 46 this was scary but I stepped out. So, I tried SCA but that was too much like a secret society to me and then I found HEMA. This is where I actually learn how to use the sword correctly not just for a good show. Now, I am just a beginner but the people of Hema Alliance Facebook page said this was a place to come to gain more knowledge. That's why I come here to gain knowledge.
