I am a new student to historical European martial arts. I am a lifetime HEMAA member. I have an interest in both European and Asian (especially Japanese) martial history. I am open to learning as much as I can here and if possible perhaps have the chance to assist others in learning about the topics we all enjoy. My personal background is 8 years service in the USMC and now 10 year as an emergency dispatcher (911) with the Washington State Patrol. I'm an up and coming history major in a local community college and look forward to transferring on to continue my studies.
