Provenance
Meerman collection, it belonged formerly to Bibliotheca Phillippica at Middlehill.
Sir Thomas Phillips (1792-1872) was a notorious bibliophil who accumulated an impressive number of books and manuscripts, after his death their heirs were selling his collection, mainly through Sothebys, until nowadays.
The Royal Library of Prusia adquired in1887 a lot from Meerman collection that includes this manuscript. Since then it has remained in the National Library at Berlin.
