Original collation reconstruction
This diagram unnests quire Ⅱ into two separate quinternions, and reorders the bifolia of the extracted quire Ⅱb to better reflect the sequence of plays found in other versions of the text.
Since it seems unlikely that a manuscript would be created with four quinternions and a binion, and since there's a clear discontinuity between 42v and 43r, I've also inserted blank folia to bring it up to the same length as the rest of the quires.
