This also restores the pattern of skin and flesh sides seen in the rest of the manuscript. Since it seems unlikely that a manuscript would be created with four quinternions and a binion, and since there's a clear discontinuity between 42v and 43r, I've also inserted blank folia to bring it up to the same length as the rest of the quires.
