Template:Request quotation
[Need quotation to verify]
Redirects
- {{Quote request}}
- {{Request quote}}
Usage
Please add this template after an unquoted interpretation of a source that you think may be inaccurate.
This is used to request a direct quote from the cited source, to be provided on the discussion page so that it may be verified that the source can verify the statement or has been interpreted correctly.
This is particularly helpful for sources that are not available online or are difficult to obtain in order to check the editor's interpretation.
