I started studying HEMA in Paris three years ago. My preferences go to one-hand sword (possibly with shield), longstaff and grappling. On the other side I also started japanese fencing two years ago, following the branch "Katori Shinto Ryu" which is a very old koryu. For the moment I'm using only katana and longstaff.
