James began his study of Historical European Martial Arts in 2009. He joined HEMA Alliance in 2011. Currently he is the Chapter Lead of the Kenosha Chapter of the Wisconsin Historical Fencing Association. Primary influences are the Longsword of Meyer and Döbringer.
