I have come from 17 years of reenactment combat. In the last few years I wanted a change in my combat, so I started looking at HEMA/WMA relayed activities. We started a group called European Defensive Arts School (edas.ws), which allows us to focus a multiple HEMA's depending on the members interests but with a common focus on Bartitsu, Sword, rapier and longsword.
