Polina Viro is a student at Columbia University, and has a background in historical martial arts.
Her current research interests lie in the revival of pre-revolutionary Russian and Slavic martial arts, fencing, and dueling. She is currently working with Dorian Bogdanovski to find, translate, and interpret historical sources pertaining to that field.
