Fechtbuch des einfachen Rapiers ("Fencing Book of Simple Rapier"; MS germ. qu. 1190) and Fechtbuch Im Rappier unndt Dolchen ("Fencing Book in the Rapier and Dagger"; MS germ. qu. 1191) is a two-volume German fencing manual created by Hans Wilhelm Schöffer von Dietz in 1611.[1] The original currently rests in the holdings of the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin in Berlin, Germany.

It seems to be the original version of Schöffer's treatise, which was copied several times and ultimately published in 1620 as Grůndtliche vñ eigentlichte Beschreibung der Fechtkunst. Schöffer was one of the most influential exponents of the tradition of Salvator Fabris, and this text represents a version of Fabris' own book with extensive additions and expansions by Schöffer. It is thus one of the longest rapier treatises ever written.
