Defensa de la berdadera destreça de las armas ("Defense of the True Skill at Arms"; M 1-3-3) is a Spanish fencing manual written by Gregorio Vicente Ferrer some time after 1675. It currently rests in the holdings of the Museo Lázaro Galdiano in Madrid, Spain. This manuscript includes a series of essays on the Verdadera Destreza, including a critique of the teachings of Francisco Antonio de Ettenhard y Abarca published in his Compendio de los fundamentos de la verdadera destreza y filosofía de las armas (1675) and a commentary on the teachings of Luis Pacheco de Narvaez published in his posthumous Nueva ciencia, y filosofía de la destreza de las armas (1672).
