I am currently working with an article of the historian Claude Chauchadis (to be published next year in a volume of this german research project: http://tu-dresden.de/die_tu_dresden/fakultaeten/philosophische_fakultaet/ig/mg/zweikampf_projekt/index_html - the volume will contain contributions from this international conference about combat in medieval Europe: http://hsozkult.geschichte.hu-berlin.de/tagungsberichte/id=4650) and she states, the treatise "De la Filosofia..." was first printed in 1582, not 1569. I think it was completed earlier, but the first edition is really the one of 1582. In the scans and elsewhere I found no reference to an earlier edition.
