Libro de las Grandeza de la Espada ("A Book on the Greatness of the Sword") is a Spanish fencing manual written by Luis Pacheco de Narváez and initially printed in 1600. Pacheco's rapier manual carried on the tradition of La Verdadera Destreza begun in the 1560s by Jerónimo Sánchez de Carranza.
Publication History
Libro de las Grandeza de la Espada was first printed in Madris, Spain in 1600 by the Herederos de I. Iniguez de Lequérica. A second edition was printed in 1605.
