Alessandro Senese was a 17th century Italian fencing master. Little is known about this master's life, but he was been Bolognese by birth and seems to have been an initiate of the tradition of Filippo di Bartolomeo Dardi. A fencing manual by Senese, titled Il vero maneggio di spada ("The True Handling of the Sword") and dedicated to Charles Ferdinand, Archduke of Austria, was published in Bologna in 1660.
