Phrases ex variis autoribus quam studiosissimi collectae ("Phrases from Various Authors, to Which is Devoted This Collection"; MS Chart.B.2117) is a German commonplace book assembled by Christian Günther von Berlepsch in ca. 1662.[citation needed] The original currently rests in the holdings of the Universitäts- und Forschungsbibliothek Erfurt/Gotha in Gotha, Germany. Contained on ff 259r-260v and 285r-286v are brief notes on thrust- and cut-fencing (respectively) with the rapier.
