References

  1. 1.0 1.1 Corrected from »Twir«.
  2. haust
  3. Leger - guards
  4. Versetzen - parrying
  5. This seems to be a print error in which the typesetter jumped from one instance of mit der langen schneid to the next, skipping the text in between.
  6. Lit. turned as in “soured” or “embittered”.
  7. Zornhau.
